Evidence & Publication Standards

Different work produces different kinds of evidence. We label them accordingly.

Client Outcomes reflect real client engagements presented with permission in a public-safe format.

Applied Field Research documents real-world observations and developing questions; it is not presented as experimental proof.

Implementation Projects document completed operational work.

Synthetic work samples, when used, are explicitly identified as synthetic.

Public materials are designed to preserve the meaning of the evidence without publishing private financial information or Legacy Systems’ proprietary analytical methods.

What we preserve publicly

  • What happened

  • Why it mattered

  • What changed

  • What the evidence supports

  • What it does not support

What remains controlled

Proprietary calculations, analytical structures, thresholds, internal models, decision logic, and implementation mechanics.

Results vary based on starting conditions, available evidence, and changing real-world conditions.
